For years, Morgan Louis has kept Providance moving, both as a proprietor of POP and an artist resident at AS220. POP, Louis' weekly dance party, has hosted forward-thinking, genre-defying bands, DJs and artists from all over the eastern seaboard. Louis also heads to Boston to perform with the internationally renowned DJ foursome, Hearthrob and co-host the monthly dance extravaganza, Thunderdome. As a DJ, his music selection is forward thinking and body moving. He mixes electronic elements of Hip Hop, House, and many other styles to devastate dance floors. At some gigs, Louis doubles in the video mix as well, making visuals that are as intoxicating as they are intense. Add the immeasurable support of AS220 and state-of-the-art Numark equipment and the dude is a one-man party.
